Tom Wening, Executive VP of Construction, is responsible for the management and operations of Construction, Joint Venture Construction and Program Management groups in twelve cities. Mr. Wening maintains oversight of average annual revenues exceeding $200 Million with a balanced work experience between public and private sector owners.

During his twenty-year career, he has successfully delivered projects through various methods of construction management at risk, design/build/finance construction management agency and program management. Tom's leadership has contributed to the successful completion of a diverse group of commercial projects ranging from $3 million to over $300 million.  Joint Venture/Program Management projects include professional sports arenas and stadiums, convention centers, airports, judicial centers, infrastructure, healthcare and industrial facilities.  Independent construction projects include education, multifamily housing, and office building/parking deck structures.

Tom and his wife, Holly, have one son, Christopher.
