Located on the beautiful University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC-CH) campus, the Bell Tower Development project is a mixed-use development that will provide a research building for genomics research and much needed expansion of the University’s parking and chilled water infrastructure. It will also create a critical linkage between the UNC Hospitals/Health Affairs and Academic Affairs parts of the campus. The project also includes a 720-car, cast-in-place concrete parking deck.
