It is now a premiere conference and exhibition facility and hotel complex with over 2.87 million s.f. of space used as public concourses, ballrooms, meeting rooms, and features over 845,000 s.f of pure exhibition space. $107,000,000 in off-site infrastructure improvements completes the package allowing for the uninhibited movement of merchandise, mass transit, and millions in annual revenue for Chicago.
