The new $458M Phoenix Convention Center Expansion and Renovation project provides a new spacious, state-of-the-art facility that is user friendly. The new facility is expanded by one million square feet which triples the amount of pre-existing exhibit space, meeting rooms and ballrooms. The total building encompasses almost two million square feet providing the latest infrastructure innovations with light rail convenience. The first phase of the project entailed the renovation of the Symphony Hall and the final phase was the construction of the Exhibit Hall.
The enlarged and improved Civic Plaza accommodates national conventions, trade shows and local events of all sizes, including a newly renovated Symphony Hall which will offer state-of-the-art accommodations, attracting world class artists and helping to secure Phoenix as a premier destination. .
