The new $458M Phoenix Convention Center Expansion and Renovation project will provide a new spacious, state of the art facility. The new, user friendly facility will be expanded by one million square feet which will triple the amount of existing exhibit space, meeting rooms and ballrooms. The total building will encompass almost two million square feet providing the latest infrastructure innovations with light rail convenience. The first phase of the project, the renovation of the Symphony Hall, started in the fall of 2003, with the final phase of Exhibit Hall construction completing in the fall of 2009.
