The Atlanta Technical College Multipurpose Building is a new addition, along with the renovation of the adjoining existing building. The 52,000 square footage is separated into two separate buildings, the main building: a new two–story Administration Facility and a one story new Dining/Cafeteria Facility (which is a one story building). The main building's administration area provides space to service the new Student Services area, a Conference Center with an adjacent warming kitchen space, seminar rooms, and a full administration area. Additionally, there is a redesigned loading dock to service the kitchen area. The new Dining/Cafeteria Facility seats approximately 300 and allows for full cafeteria services for the school's student and faculty population.
