This project entails the renovation of an existing three-story school building and the construction of two additions (a multi-purpose building and an early learning resource center) totaling 92,300 SF. The new addition and renovation to the existing building comprise a LEED silver project. The exterior skin and 95% of the interior walls were removed from the existing building. The new additions are steel structures with CMU and brick veneer. The site consisted of new underground utilities, site modular and concrete retaining walls, and two new parking lots. The new interior walls consist of abuse resistant gypsum wall board and CMU.
