The new academic and classroom building is a three-story brick building constructed on a two-acre site   located within the recently developed quadrangle on the main campus of Fort Valley State University.  The new academic classroom building contains approximately 63,000 SF of new space, including general classrooms, a large lecture hall/auditorium, classroom/labs, faculty offices, administrative and building support spaces.  The project also includes utility connections of campus operated utility systems, and infrastructure to support thefacility.
