This project entails the multi-building construction of a new community college campus for the Public Building Commission of Chicago located in Chicago, Illinois. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, six buildings designated as the Culinary and Theater Building, Applied Science Building, Athletics/Student Services Building, Library, Academic Building, and a Daycare Facility. Russell's primary responsibilities include standard project management duties associated with the construction of the Athletics and Student Services Building.
