This project for Frito Lay, Inc. consisted of warehouse renovation, and constructing a sales dock for 25 route vans, a service garage and new office space. The building is classified as light industrial. A successful partnership between Russell and the Warner, Summers, Ditzel, Benefiel and Ward lead to a second warehouse facility located off of Fulton Industrial Blvd for its southwest distribution center operations.
