Construction Management
Russell provided overall management services for the $60,000,000 capital improvements plan. Specifically, Russell assisted County Finance Directors in establishing project budgets, forecasting expenditures, and monitoring actual expenses. Additionally the company functioned as facilitator and reporter for Fulton County Jail's Executive Committee to monitor progress on all aspects to ensure compliance with Federal Court rulings.
Project components included:
- Renovating existing 800-bed jail
- Construction of 100-bed temporary detention center
- Design and Construction of high-rise, 1,400-bed mixed security, pre-trial detention facility
