H.J. Russell & Company is honored to provide Construction Management services to the Southern Christian Leadership Conference. Located along historic Auburn Avenue, this building will not only be used as a National Headquarters for the SCLC, but is also intended to serve as a catalyst for revitalizing the immediate area. The two story 13,000 SF structural precast office building will have retail space on the ground floor, remaining consistent with retail corridor along Auburn Avenue. The second floor which will house the SCLC’s offices, will display a combination of walnut, granite, and marble finishes that is sure to exude the prominence and distinction that is the SCLC.
