Construction of a 750 car 5 story precast parking deck with a Campus Police Substation located on the 3rd level. The deck is constructed with pre-topped double tees and in-lay and set brick façade.
The facility will also contain 10,000 ft2 of Retail Space. The University Bookstore and a Admission Center will occupy space in the facility.
