The Winston-Salem project, was Russell's second project as Construction Manager for Wachovia Bank. The 7-story, 218,000 s.f. is structural steel with poured-in-place concrete slabs topped over metal decking; the envelope is a glazed aluminum curtain wall. Additionally, The facility boasts an attached 5-story, 190,000 s.f. precast concrete parking deck.
