H.J. Russell & Company has achieved repeat success on projects for the Target Corporation. Each project was constructed on time and within budget. The projects consisted of a broad range of services such as complete site development, drainage, sewer and water systems. The buildings are fully sprinkled with chilled water HVAC systems. The projects incorporate extensive hard capping, as well as mature landscaping. As part of our client-oriented services, Russell provided extensive preconstruction management through constructability reviews, construction phasing options and value engineering/cost-saving suggestions. The value of these projects ranged in cost from $5,000,000 to $21,000,000.
