The Spanish Mediterranean style leads the new campus standard as this project is the first student housing complex for the College of Coastal Georgia. The 352 beds are arranged in two and four bedroom suites with amenity spaces that include laundry, catering kitchen, recreation and study areas. Other features of the project include controlled parking, wireless LAN, outdoor classrooms, and LEED credits throughout. This project is both a Russell development and construction project.
