The Fort Valley State University Wildcat Commons – Phase III Student Housing project provides an additional 378 beds within two four-story brick, suite-style apartment buildings with integrated support facilities that are identical to the existing suite style apartment buildings constructed in Phases I & II. Each building is comprised of four-bedroom/two-bath suites, three-bedroom/one-bath suites, four-bedroom/two-bath semi-suites, and two-bedroom/two-bath Resident Manager suites totaling 189 beds per building.
The exterior landscape of Wildcat Commons – Phase III is designed to create a seamless transition from earlier phases. To create a consistent look the site furniture including benches, trash receptacles, and site lighting matches those elements associated with the surrounding residential buildings.
