The Georgia Gwinnett College Student Housing project is the first on-campus housing for GGC and consists of five four-story residential buildings totaling 419,206 SF. The buildings are stick framed with combination brick stucco exteriors and standing seam metal and flat roofs. The fully furnished suites vary in configuration from two (2) to twelve (12) bedrooms with kitchenettes, semi-private baths, and living rooms. Amenity spaces include study rooms, program space, lounges, security desks, and laundry facilities. The buildings are served with high speed LAN internet, cable television, and state of the art security systems with GPS aided student location ability.
