This project is for the construction of a new 125,000 square foot, 4-story residence hall. The design of this new residence hall will consist of 427suite-style student apartments, common support spaces, staff apartments, a multi-purpose classroom, a computer lab, and offices. The project is slated to receive a LEED Silver Certification.
