Russell New Urban Development’s role will be to take the project from conception through to occupancy and will include managing the planning, design, financing, implementation, marketing and sale of this development. The first  phase of this development will consist of 76 loft-style condominium units providing the buyers with quality finishes and unmatched convenience to downtown.  Each building has a ground level parking garage.

Located in historic Castleberry Hill, Artist Square will include a mix of residential types, retail, and potentially office uses that will further enhance the living experience within this vibrant community.
