FOREST CREEK at MOULTRIE

Location: Moutrie, GA

Russell New Urban Development rehabilitated Moultrie Manor Apartments, an existing 80-unit apartment complex. The scope of work included a complete upgrade of the interior of the units and a “face-lift” of the exterior façade. The façade work included adding balconies to each unit. Low Income Housing Tax Credits were used to help facilitate the development from the Georgia Department of Community Affairs. Amenities added to the development include tot lots, exercise room, business center, and community garden.
