This proposed project is located in the Edgewood/old 4th Ward neighborhood, which is one of several emerging areas undergoing gentrification in Atlanta.  The neighborhood features quaint coffee shops, restaurants and other retail establishments along Auburn Avenue, which is just a short walking distance from the project, and MARTA is less than a ¼ of a mile from the project.  The development is also very close to the Martin Luther King burial site and other historic landmarks.  It consists of 212 for-sale condominium units in 3 multiplex buildings with a separate parking structure that includes ~220 spaces.  The project caters to young, urban, professionals between the ages of 25-45.
