HISTORIC WESTSIDE VILLAGE RETAIL CENTER

This proposed 30,000 square feet retail center will be located in downtown Atlanta’s West Side at the intersection of Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive and Mayson Turner Road near the Atlanta University Center.

 

Historic Westside Village Retail Center’s shops and restaurants will cater to your life style with ample parking available to the rear of the retail.  The design of the Center will utilize New Urbanism principles to create a sustainable development that blends with the historic fabric of the neighborhood. Environmentally sensitive components will also be used such as low flow fixtures and energy efficient windows. The space can be subdivided to allow as many as twenty (20) new tenants.

 

Historic Westside Village Retail Center is anticipated to be completed in the 2nd quarter of 2009.
