Located within the City of Detroit's "Empowerment Zone" on the former site of both Studebaker and Rockwell facilities, Ford Motor Land Services brings a new manufacturing facility to life. The building includes a high-bay warehouse along with office spaces for Renaissance Global Logistics on the main floor and mezzanine levels.
