P & G CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT/DESIGN BUILD SERVICES

H. J. Russell & Company was selected to manage the maintenance and modernization operations for Procter and Gamble's busiest and most successful plant in the world. Russell's original scope of work called for a maintenance contract for $6M - $8M dollars worth of design/build repairs and upgrades. Based upon their successful performance Russell's scope of work has grown to over $100M worth of maintenance, design/build repairs and upgrades.
Improvements have included the design and installation of various state of the art delivery systems for the materials required to make the product, maintenance, replacement of automated delivery systems and general plant upgrades. Russell has been on site since 2000 managing the process and is scheduled to maintain its presence for the foreseeable future.
