Construction Managment
As part of joint venture, HJ Russell constructed this class A office building and its connecting parking structure with approximately 2,200 spaces. The building features state-of-the-art security systems and meets exacting technological standards needed to provide support for complex computer networks. Construction of the Federal Center gave Russell the opportunity to closely coordinate the re-routing of traffic in the busy downtown area. The building was completed ahead of schedule despite all the complications that accompany congested in-town site conditions.
