The new eight-story, 232,000-square-foot building includes a 475-space parking deck, a 250-seat auditorium and 3,143 square feet of ground-level retail space in keeping with the nearby streetscape. It is located in the downtown government district and has modern conference facilities, updated technology systems and an 11,800 square foot Data Center all designed to help the school-support staff do their jobs more effectively. The facility was constructed and completed on time and under budget.
