Construction Management At-Risk
The Atlanta Metro Plan (AMP) was established to create a work environment for BellSouth employees along the rapid rail lines of Atlanta. By having office space at or near MARTA sites in the major business centers of the city, Bellsouth was able to reduce employee travel time and increase Company efficiency.
The projects are secured lots for employees only and include three parking decks and a parking lot expansion. Also included are three business centers at the deck sites. The 3000 car facility was complete in less than twelve months and cost $26,000,000.
