Construction Management on a project of this magnitude can make or break any company. On this project, Russell out-performed the competition by beating the required completion date, not one, but two times. Originally built as Centennial Olympic Stadium, construction had to be complete to host the 1996 Summer Olympic Games in Atlanta. Immediately following the Olympics, the stadium was converted to Turner Field, home of the Atlanta Braves. Seating configurations, concessions, and pedestrian plazas were all remodeled in time for the opening day of the 1997 Braves' home season. High Quality, On-Schedule, On-Budget: The Russell Team clearly delivered on this flagship initiative.
