Albany State University Student Housing Facilities consist of four 4-story buildings located on two sites, North (200A & 200B) and South (100A & 100B). There are two 4bedroom/2bath unit types, apartments and suites which all have phone and data access. The apartments located on the North Site have a full kitchen and laundry area, while the South site suites have a kitchenette. The South site buildings each house a Cyber Café which acts as a laundry/lounge facility, the first of its kind on Albany State's campus.
Additional project components include a convenience store and common areas such as a multipurpose room, game rooms, lounges, and study areas.
