Wood framed with brick exterior, the Fort Valley State University Student Housing Facilities consist of four 5-story buildings located on the new quad addition to the University and Community Amenities Building. There are 4bedroom/2bath, 3bedroom/2 bath, 2 bedroom/2 bath unit types, apartments and suites which all have phone and date access and a full kitchen and laundry area or a kitchenette. The amenities building houses management offices, a community theater, banquet hall, convenience store and pre-function area. Other common areas include multipurpose rooms, game rooms, lounges, and study areas.
