A new student dormitory designed for the comfort and security of students at Miles College. The structure consists of a 39,000 sf three -story dormitory with a two story lobby showcasing a massive chandelier. The living room includes a massive oak entertainment center with a gas fire place in the center. There are 74 student rooms that accommodate 148 students. Each room has a private bathroom, vanity area and a large living/bedroom.
