Over his nineteen (19) years of construction experience, Mr. Russell assignments have focused on the structural aspect of the building’s components. Mr. Russell has had unique structural experiences including domed construction, long span truss construction, pre-cast parking deck construction, and high-rise commercial construction. He has worked on some of Russell’s more high-profile projects, each complex and high budget. He is well versed in all aspects of field supervision.
His construction experience has been invaluable since his promotion to Director of Maintenance, due to the age of the properties and his knowledge of construction and the sub-contractor market.
