Ronda Shannon-Dobbs, Director of Resident Services Coordinator, has been employed with H. J. Russell & Company for 5+ years. She served as the Resident Services Coordinator for University Homes, until management was transferred to the Atlanta Housing Authority. She then moved onto Service Coordinator for 9 additional sites, and was promoted to Director of Resident Services in October 2003. Ms. Dobbs also serves as the Executive Director of Russell Management Residents Services, Inc., a 501(c)3 Corporation, where all donations and contributions should be made payable to Russell Management Resident Services, Inc.
