Information Processing Engineer
Tiffanie has worked in the field of computer technology for over ten years. After performing internships throughout high school and college, Tiffanie became a IT Technician at H.J. Russell & Company in 1994. Tiffanie was initially responsible for corporate and field office hardware/software support. She assisted in the implementation of Russell’s first network structure. One of her most successful and rewarding projects was the implementation of Russell’s first email system. In addition, she trained all corporate office staff in the use of what was then a new feature in technology. In 2004, she created H. J. Russell & Company’s first website. She extended her knowledge in website design and created several other websites for subsidiaries within the company.
Tiffanie currently oversees technical support for Russell’s Property Management Division. As Information Processing Engineer, she is responsible for hardware and software support of the division’s primary application, Yardi Systems. In addition, Tiffanie carries out the task of transmitting information to support HAP payments for over 30 assisted living properties, which represents the bulk of the income for the Property Management division.
An Atlanta native, Tiffanie attended the University of West Georgia, where she received a B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Systems. She holds certifications in COS, Microsoft applications, Tax Credit Program, and HTML.
Tiffanie currently resides in Powder Springs, GA. She has two children, Rajohn and Jada.
