With more than 25 years of operational and management experience, Lampley brings a fresh, yet experienced perspective to the COO position.† William oversees the day-to-day operations as well as leads the development and execution of the companyís strategic plan.† In addition, Williamís focus is on new business development as the Company expands service and market offerings, which will diversify revenue. This expansion includes the launch of Russell Commercial, an arm of H.J. Russell & Company which will provide integrated facilities management, project management and transaction services to corporate users.†


Prior to signing on with H.J. Russell and Company, William served as President and COO of The Burks Companies, Inc. where his accomplishments include transforming the custodial service provider into a full-fledged integrated facilities management provider, in 1 year, increased revenue from $14.5 Million to $24M and profit from $600,000 to $1.9M and successfully competed against larger and better-capitalized firms to win a 5.5 million square foot facilities assignment.


Mr. Lampley has held a variety of high impact leadership roles in the industry. Upon earning his MBA at the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, he embarked on a commercial real estate career.† He was a senior vice president at Jones Lang LaSalle, and a principal with Kellogg Partners. Most notably, Lampley was President of Strategic Accounts and Eastern Region for Grubb & Ellis, a global real estate advisory firm.† In this role, Lampley was responsible for 29 offices, 1,500 employees, and over $170MM in revenues. A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, Lampley started his career serving four years as an Artillery Officer with the US Army.†

William is married to Susan Lampley and the father of four children.
