You will: Set the EHS vision and strategy across Mission Critical programs. Lead zero incident culture. Oversee site safety plans, regulatory compliance, and environmental stewardship. Align owners, design partners, and trade contractors on high risk activities, LOTO, energized work, confined space, and live cutovers.
You bring: 12+ years in construction EHS with Mission Critical, industrial, or complex MEP projects. Deep knowledge of OSHA, NFPA 70E, EM 385, and state regs. Proven leadership building programs, leading audits, and coaching field leaders. Certifications such as CSP, CHST, or ASP.
Impact: Protect people and uptime. Reduce risk proactively. Elevate training, observations, and learning teams so work is planned and performed safely every time.
You will: Own scope, schedule, budget. Lead subs. Manage risk and change control.
You bring: Data center or lab experience, CPM scheduling, client facing confidence.
Impact: Protect uptime by planning right the first time.
You will: Run the site plan. Lead daily huddles. Enforce safety. Coordinate MEP trades.
You bring: Mission Critical or MEP heavy experience, strong look ahead, crisp documentation.
Impact: Keep people safe and work flowing without rework.
You will: Drive submittals, RFIs, meeting notes, and closeout. Support PM and Supers.
You bring: Detail focus, Procore or similar, strong communication.
Impact: Turn information into action so the team does not wait.
