The 63,314 SF, four story residential development will deliver 102 apartment homes, including 99 one bedroom units and 3 two bedroom units, across two buildings separated by a firewall. Designed as Type VA construction, the project includes modern exterior materials such as brick, fiber cement panels, and fiber cement siding, along with resident focused amenities including a community room, activity room, fitness center, covered rooftop terrace, and 122 parking spaces with ADA accessible accommodations.
Throughout construction, H. J. Russell & Company is managing complex structural and logistical challenges associated with the tight urban site.
