H. J. Russell & Company provided Pre-Construction and Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for a 240,000-square-foot, multi-story parking deck with 750 parking spaces and a dedicated Campus Police Substation. Constructed with structural precast and a precast façade featuring brick inlay, the facility was designed for both durability and aesthetic integration with the campus.
The project also included 10,000 square feet of retail space, housing the University Bookstore and a Welcome/Administration Center. This combination of parking, security, and campus-serving retail created a functional, high-traffic gateway for students, faculty, visitors, and the surrounding community.
