H. J. Russell & Company Promotes Tiffanie Lewis to Vice President of Talent Enablement

H. J. Russell & Company announces the promotion of Tiffanie Lewis to Vice President of Talent Enablement. In this role, she will lead employee development, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), and engagement strategies, reporting to Mona Garland, Chief People Officer.

Lewis brings more than 30 years of experience at Russell in human resources, talent development, and cross-functional collaboration. She has been instrumental in enhancing corporate operations and supporting both national and global teams.

As Vice President of Talent Enablement, Lewis will oversee learning and development, succession planning, talent reviews and mentorship programs. She will continue to champion DEI initiatives, ensuring an inclusive workplace and advancing engagement strategies that align with Russell’s long-term objectives.

Mona Garland praised Lewis’s dedication to Russell’s values and her passion for DEI, noting that her leadership will be key to elevating the employee experience and nurturing a culture of growth.

Lewis, who began her career at Russell in 1992 as a mail clerk, said she is excited to support the development and growth of Russell’s employees. She holds a Master of Business Administration, is a Certified Professional in Human Resources, and serves on the board of CHIEF and other industry organizations. Her achievements have been recognized by Real Estate Forum, GlobeSt.com’s Women of Influence in CRE, and Crain’s Notable Leaders in HR.
