H. J. Russell & Company has received first place honors in the 2026 AGC Build Georgia Awards for its work on Quest Residences at Grove Park, an affordable senior housing community in Atlanta’s Grove Park neighborhood.
Presented by the Associated General Contractors of Georgia, the Build Georgia Awards recognize outstanding construction projects completed across the state. Russell’s work on Quest Residences at Grove Park was recognized for construction excellence, strong project coordination and the successful delivery of a development that addresses affordable housing needs on Atlanta’s Westside.
The award highlights the team’s ability to manage a community-focused project with care, discipline and attention to quality. As Construction Manager at Risk, H. J. Russell & Company worked closely with Quest Community Development Corporation, design partners, trade partners and project stakeholders to help bring the development to completion.
Quest Residences at Grove Park includes 40 affordable housing units for seniors 55 and older. The 43,000-square-foot community is part of the $110 million Westside Housing Trifecta, an initiative focused on expanding affordable housing options and supporting reinvestment in Atlanta’s Westside neighborhoods.
