H. J. Russell & Company, in partnership with Truland Partners, is supporting the construction of a highly secure, confidential data center in Lenoir, North Carolina. The scope includes mass grading, construction of a one-story pad and shell, and full fit-out of a high-performance data center and supporting yard infrastructure.
With a total building area of 295,324 square feet, the facility will include two data halls and is designed to support 80MW of electrical capacity and 75kBtu/h of cooling power. The site layout presents limited space for staging, driving a prefabrication-focused strategy to maximize efficiency and maintain schedule certainty.
