The $26 million, 89,447 SF multifamily development features wood framed residential construction with open surface parking and was designed to support sustainable, accessible living for residents within a community focused environment.
The development includes a mix of one and two bedroom apartment homes along with shared resident amenities including laundry facilities, mail areas, and gathering spaces designed to encourage connectivity and engagement. Delivered utilizing the CMAR approach, Solace Grove reflects H. J. Russell & Company’s commitment to building high quality affordable housing communities that support long term neighborhood growth and modern living in the Atlanta metropolitan area.
