Russell & Company is providing construction management services for The Kennedy, a $15.1 million affordable multifamily housing development for Radiant Development located at 1988 Hollywood Road in Atlanta, Georgia. The 36,021 SF development will deliver 50 residential units, including 47 apartment homes and 3 live work studio units, within a four story residential community designed to support accessible and community focused living. The project also includes amenity spaces and a two story precast parking structure with 56 parking spaces.

Designed to support long term housing needs within the community, The Kennedy combines residential living with functional shared spaces that encourage connectivity and flexibility for residents. H. J. Russell & Company is leading construction coordination alongside a multidisciplinary consultant team while advancing the project through a single phase construction schedule. The project includes collaboration with the Georgia Department of Community Affairs and incorporates architecture, civil engineering, landscape architecture, structural engineering, interiors, ADA compliance, and green building consulting services.
