Briar Park provides affordable housing for seniors aged 55 and older, while The Paramount serves as Dominium’s second new affordable family housing development in the state. Together, these two developments offer a total of 484 affordable apartment homes in Atlanta’s Greenbriar neighborhood. Notably, Briar Park and The Paramount represent Dominium’s first new construction projects within the city of Atlanta.
Construction for both developments began in April 2022 and was completed in early 2024, with total development costs reaching approximately $135 million. These projects are also the inaugural builds by the joint venture of H.J. Russell & Company and DCAS, LLC.
