ATLANTA (May 21, 2025) — On March 25, 2025, H. J. Russell & Company joined WM Events in celebrating the grand opening of their stunning new office in Atlanta. The event, which kicked off at 3:00 p.m., was an elegant celebration of creativity, collaboration, and community. It featured a tour of the beautifully designed workspace, complemented by drinks, hors d’oeuvres, and warm hospitality.
Founded in 2004 by award-winning designer William Fogler, WM Events has garnered national recognition for creating unforgettable experiences for clients such as Microsoft, Delta Air Lines, the Atlanta Falcons, and Morehouse College. Known for its visionary approach, WM Events blends style and strategy across corporate, nonprofit, social, and private sectors.
“To have the iconic H. J. Russell & Company at the helm was beyond imagination,” Fogler said. “Michael Russell, this man is building airports, he’s building stadiums, he is practically ruling Atlanta. And in every distress call, he would take my call and find a solution. Phillip, Kirk, Leon, Gary, and Mr. Scotty, thank you. The whole team at H. J., you are incredible. Garfield, our architect, Nate Hammond, our engineer, and our project managers, Jesse Frazier and Marlo Mathis, thank you all.”
Fogler’s heartfelt remarks were more than appreciation. They reflected the trust and mutual respect that fuel impactful partnerships across the city of Atlanta. A testament to what’s possible when creative vision meets construction excellence.
H. J. Russell & Company is proud to support WM Events in this exciting new chapter and remains committed to helping shape Atlanta’s future through thoughtful collaboration, innovation, and excellence in design and construction.
Congratulations to WM Events on their new home, and thank you for including H. J. Russell & Company in your continued journey.
Just 15 minutes from downtown Atlanta and visible from I-75 South, WM Events’ new headquarters makes a clear statement on the approach to Hartsfield-Jackson. The exterior applies the refreshed brand with City in the Forest and Echeveria green, just in time to celebrate the firm’s 20th anniversary.
The 13,000 square foot building brings offices, warehouse space, internal meeting and workshop space, and a full floral department under one roof. It comfortably supports a 30-person team with room to grow, with a branded lobby, open and private work areas, a conference room, guest workstations, and a large kitchen with signature green cabinetry.
A dedicated showroom makes planning interactive, letting clients and teams explore linens, décor, furniture, and lighting in person. Nearby, the fresh floral studio and built-in cooler allow the team to produce floral arrangements on site for seamless project delivery.
Back-of-house operations are planned for speed. A charging wall keeps hundreds of specialty lighting fixtures event-ready, while two loading docks streamline turnarounds to WM Events signature trucks and accelerate staging and deployment.
