We’re excited to announce the promotion of Rhonda Peace to Risk Manager. Previously, she served as Legal & Risk Administrator.

Among her other responsibilities, she advises company officers and management on insurance-related issues, ensures trade partners comply with Russell’s risk management policies, and coordinates all matters concerning safety and loss control with insurance carriers.

Rhonda has more than six years in the risk management industry in addition to 20 years of significant experience in the legal field. She joined Russell in April 2015 as a paralegal.

“From her first day with H. J. Russell & Company, Rhonda has demonstrated absolute commitment to the company,” says Yasmine S. Murray, Esq., Russell, Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary. “She shows her commitment to Russell in several ways, chief among them being her continued zeal to learn our lines of business, collaborate with her team members to develop innovative and more efficient ways to deliver service to them, and commitment to professional growth so that she can be an even stronger partner to her team. Rhonda has been an invaluable member of our team, and I look forward to our continued work together to make the company best-in-class in every aspect of risk management.”

“I’m looking forward to my continued journey with H. J. Russell as we grow and improve our mark in construction, program management and development,” says Rhonda. “As Nelson Mandela stated, ‘A bright future beckons. The onus is on us, through hard work, honesty and integrity, to reach for the stars.’ It is with this platform that I will dutifully move into my role.”

Originally from Atlanta, Rhonda received her Bachelor of Arts in criminal justice from Saint Leo University, and her Master of Public Administration from the University of Phoenix. She is a member of the Claims Litigation Management Alliance and the Georgia Paralegal Association.
