SUMMARY
Russell is currently seeking a Recruiting & Immigration Manager in our Corporate office to manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process. In this role, the individual will collaborate with the VP of HR, Division Leaders, hiring managers, and other stakeholders, design campaigns – using data-driven insights, and leverage business acumen to influence and attract the future talents of Russell.
The ideal candidate is passionate about talent acquisition, is a strategic business partner, and seeks ways to leverage technology in his or her work to bring in the best talents that will help to advance the overall objectives of the Company. This role will drive the development and execution of sourcing strategies to deliver a positive hiring experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Manage the full recruitment cycle to include:
Partner with Division Leaders and Managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talents.
Sourcing candidates, evaluating resumes, prescreening applicants, coordinating interviews, performing reference checks, evaluating skills, and collaborate/provide guidance to hiring managers on compensation packages.
Coordinate air, lodging, and transportation arrangements with candidates.
Ensure that the recruiting process complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
Ensure that Diversity, Equity & Inclusion are considered when evaluating, recommending, and guiding candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders through the evaluation and selection process.
Design, implement, and execute sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and cultivate active and passive job seekers.
Use talent market expertise, data, and business acumen to educate hiring managers on how to identify and acquire the best talent.
Contribute to a highly collaborative, creative, and high-performing team through partnership and mentorship.
Create, implement, and execute standard processes for obtaining all U.S. non-immigrant applications as well as U. S. Immigrant applications (Green Cards) and provide documents required for submission to outside counsel for preparation of the initial work permits and extensions.
Serve as the primary point of contact for employees requiring U.S. immigration assistance. Provide guidance and support to employees throughout the visa application process, ensuring their understanding of requirements and timelines, along with furnishing employees with timely and relevant information and resources.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for each employee’s immigration process to ensure compliance and reporting requirements are met and prepare regular reports and analyses to track immigration metrics.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Must have at least 5 years of full life cycle recruiting experience in a consultant capacity.
Strong ability to interview and assess candidate skills based on performance-driven behaviors.
You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, technology, and management skills.
You are experienced in sourcing for roles from entry-level to leadership.
You have a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certified Professional Recruiter preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees in the Company.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply principles of logic or thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems. Ability to deal with nonverbal symbolism (formulas, scientific equations, graphs, etc.,) in its most difficult phases. Ability to deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED TO PERFORM TASKS
Effective oral and written skills for client presentations, technical reporting, and correspondence. Demonstrated ability to interface with all levels of project teams, clients, and external partners.
