Summary
Position is responsible for providing general administrative support to Food and Beverage Operations and on department related duties and programs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities – include the following, however, other duties may be assigned:

Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.

Assists with employee time submittal.

Monitors, produces, and distribute reports of Customer Service Reviews through Review Tracker platform (Google, Yelp, Trip Advisor).

Prepares and distributes report for CSE Mystery Shop Programs.

Coordinates marketing promotions and Point of Purchase (POP) program.

Coordinates and maintains Auditor web-based platform for inspections.

Performs customer service functions by answering general guests’ questions and employee requests.  

Assists with the completion of various administrative and other special projects on an as needed basis.

Performs work in a safe manner and encourages others to do the same.

Education/Previous Experience: 

High school diploma, associate degree, or advance administrative skills and experience.

Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in an office, operations or administrative support environment.  

Restaurant Operations and Hospitality experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Advanced verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively communicate with employees, customers, vendors and/or others as required.

Ability to apply reasonable understanding in carrying out instructions in written, oral or diagram form.

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Knowledge of social media platform such (Google, Yelp, Trip Advisor)

Must maintain confidentiality and secure confidential documents and records.

Must be proficient with programs such as Microsoft Office Suite

Must maintain a high degree of accuracy in data entry.

Ability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Must be detail oriented and organized.

Strong interpersonal skills, service orientation, and ability to work effectively with others.

Ability to work with and maintain confidential and sensitive information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites.

Exhibits a high degree of flexibility.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand during 6-8hr shift, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; Reaches, bends, stoops, shakes, stirs and wipes; The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms and taste or smell; The employee must be able to hear well amongst loud background noise; Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50-pound cases several times per shift.

Frequent immersion of hands in water and other cleaning agents.
