DALLAS, TX (March 2, 2026) — H. J. Russell & Company joined project partners, community leaders, and stakeholders to celebrate the groundbreaking of the Mike A. Myers Health Center in Dallas. Located on the Dallas College Richland Campus, the new facility will expand access to preventive and primary care services for communities across northeast Dallas County.
The approximately 30,000-square-foot outpatient health center is projected to serve an estimated 18,000 patients annually once fully staffed. The facility will offer a one-stop model for care, bringing together a range of preventive, primary, and support services in one accessible location. Its location near three DART bus stops will also improve accessibility for patients who rely on public transportation.
H. J. Russell & Company is serving as Construction Manager in a joint venture with Post L Group, bringing extensive experience in delivering healthcare and community-focused projects.
“This groundbreaking represents more than the start of construction. It reflects the collaboration and shared vision required to create projects that strengthen communities and expand access to essential services,” said Damian Lee, General Manager, TX, H. J. Russell & Company.
Once complete, the Mike A. Myers Health Center is intended to increase access to care, help alleviate overflow and wait times at neighboring health centers, and serve residents across northeast Dallas County.
