Capitol Vanira Apartments – Atlanta, Georgia

Capitol Vanira Apartments, located in a prime and convenient location just south of downtown near Georgia State Stadium, is within walking distance to parks, sports complexes, schools and more. The 60-unit apartment complex, which was originally built in 1976, is comprised of Section 8 apartment homes primarily serving families.

The Capitol Vanira project comprised the interior and exterior renovation of four existing two-story residential buildings and a one-story clubhouse. Our work included:

• New interior finishes including flooring, paint, plumbing fixtures, cabinets and blinds
• HVAC Unit Replacement
• Abatement of asbestos in “popcorn” ceilings of all 60 units
• New exterior siding
• Mill, pave and stripe existing parking lot
• New sidewalks with ADA requirements
• New pavilion, playground surface and equipment
